Refund & Cancellation Policy

01. Enterprise Services Nature
FANM Growth delivers specialized B2B management consulting, performance media architecture, algorithmic engineering, and data pipeline integrations. Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of executive strategy, dedicated engineering capacity, and third-party media allocation, all retainers, professional fees, and audit deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
02. Monthly Retainer & Management Fees
Monthly growth management retainers reserve dedicated engineering, creative, and media management bandwidth on our agency roster:
- Incurred Hours: Retainer fees compensate for strategy, technical implementation, and ad account optimization performed during that billing cycle and are strictly non-refundable.
- No Retrospective Refunds: Dissatisfaction with external market response, competitor price wars, or lower-than-projected conversion rates does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Pro-Rata Credits: We do not issue cash refunds for partial billing cycles. In exceptional operational circumstances mutually agreed in writing, unused management capacity may be converted into service credits applicable within ninety (90) days.
03. Direct Media & Ad Spend (Third-Party Platforms)
All media budgets spent on advertising networks (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, programmatic exchanges) are billed directly by those platforms to the Client's corporate account. FANM Growth does not hold, custody, or refund third-party advertising spend. In the event of advertising platform suspensions, auction rate surges, or account policy flags, Client must seek any budget disputes directly with the respective ad network.
04. Retainer Cancellation & Notice Periods
Unless an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) specifies a longer minimum commitment term (e.g., 3-month or 6-month scale phase):
- 30-Day Written Notice: Client may terminate ongoing monthly retainers by providing thirty (30) calendar days written notice via email to cbo@fanmgrowth.com.
- Transition Phase: Services shall continue through the conclusion of the 30-day notice window, during which Agency will transfer all client-owned ad account assets, tracking tokens, and reporting dashboards.
05. Strategic Audits & One-Off Deliverables
Fixed-fee audits (including Pipeline Architecture Audits, Technical SEO/AEO Infrastructure Audits, and RevOps Blueprints) require significant upfront analysis by senior partners. Fees for audit engagements are 100% non-refundable once data discovery or questionnaire review has commenced.
06. Market Dynamics & Client Responsibility
Refund requests will NOT be honored on the basis of: (i) changes in client internal executive leadership or strategic priorities; (ii) third-party platform algorithm updates; (iii) client sales reps failing to timely contact leads provided; or (iv) broader macroeconomic shifts in client's target market.
